Remi Kowalski - cameraman (Biography)

Remi Kowalski … is a TV & video camera operator, digital VTR operator and audio-visual devices engineer since 1980 when his professional career started in Europe with Polish Radio & TV National Network in Warsaw. In Canada, he gained step by step his Canadian experience working from the level of community television channels up to the top of the best private television network in Canada. Remi is a mature professional person with over 20 years of experience within the media and broadcasting industry. Proudly collaborated and worked shoulder to shoulder with the finest professionals within the television broadcasting industry. Throughout the long years of his professional career, he was able to learn and deliver the highest standards and ethics of professionalism within media field. Remi was selected to join the best group of professionals to perform 14 hours long non-stop coverage of Millennium 2000 Show broadcasted “live on-air” on CTV Television Network. From many of his other successful achievements, he was a permanent crew member of Connected daily coast to coast sports news on CTV/Rogers Sportsnet from its earliest beginning to the year of 2009. Also, he was proudly a co-producer, cameraman, and co-editor of Let’s Celebrate Durham ’94, a music video created to promote 20th anniversary of the Durham Region, where he has lived since 1990. Presently he already upgraded his long-term knowledge in the field of being a student of Durham College, as he took a full-time Digital Video Production two-year program.
